I have a great 70's mobile home for sale, comes with couch loveseat and a fridge, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath it can stay in the park, lot rent is 230 includes water and sewage you pay electric, heat and garbage pick up if you want it. quiet neighborhood, close to sheetz and your local stores. we just recently had the furnace parts replaced it is propane and works great. the kitchen has lots of cabinet space and a double sink dining room is a nice size and has more cabinets for your dishes and cookware. living room has a slide out addition and is very homey. hall way has your laundry hookups and a backdoor second bedroom just had floor redone but needs a small area finished wouldn't take much though. had the closet taken out to make the room larger. master bedroom is very big and has two closets one is a walkin. and also has a built in dresser in the wall. if you wanted you could take it out easily.. bathroom was just painted and is in good shape. has a nice tub. cabinets, and a vanity mirror that opens up for your things. mirror on back of door also. the yard is level and has a slab outside for your shed or for a patio. landlord is very lenient. make me an offer this has to go we are moving! can call text or email don't wait! 724331XXXX
