Busy top real estate team is looking for a few part-time licensed agents to be our Showing Agents. You will meet prospective buyers at homes they are interested in and be the perfect tour guide. The compensation is $20/hour. You will be required to provide transportation and gas. You must have a Supra Key of your own, MLS access, and active license. Please confirm this in your email to us. We have more buyer leads than we are able to handle and need Showing Agents to help on a part-time basis from 5-20 hours per week. This will be a part time, on call position. This is perfect for the part-time real estate agent that wants to make extra money. You will not be required to write the offers, negotiate the contract or anything else. We just have more buyers than we can handle. Other responsibilities will include hosting Open Houses based on our Open House Marketing system and possible other Real Estate related errands such as: setting lockboxes, coming soon riders, dropping off flyers, etc. Please email your background, resume, and general hours/days you would be available.
